Recommended formats
- Excel or CSV: tabular inputs, sensitivities, time series and calculated values for further analysis.
- PDF: controlled reports containing assumptions, units, revision identity, plots, warnings and approval context.
- PNG or SVG: charts, schematics and other visual evidence.
- JSON: versioned machine-readable case packages and integrations.
- Original file: photographs, logs and vendor documents retained with checksum and provenance.
Scope is immutable
An export job records who requested it, the workspace, requested format and immutable list of source items. Rendered artifacts are attached only after creation and scan checks.
Authorization
Exports are created within one workspace and require export permission. An export cannot link records from another company even if an identifier is known. Removing a user’s access prevents future reads and exports.
Always include units, source revision and calculation-engine version in engineering exports intended for decisions.
